What We Do
Marketing and Publicity provides comprehensive marketing and publicity services to all 36th Services Squadron activities on Andersen Air Force Base. More specifically, we:
Arrow icon used for informational emphasisDevelop surveys to assist Services activities in determining customer needs and opinions.
Voting graphic-Marketing oversees the customer feedback of Services facilities
The needs and opinions of customers assist in decision making regarding ongoing and proposed new programs and activities, hours of operation, etc, at Services activities.
Arrow icon used for informational emphasisMonitor customer feedback for all Services activities via our Customer Comment Card Program.
All customer comment cards are reviewed by the activity manager, flight chief, and the Services commander. A quarterly report on customer feedback is compiled and provided to the Services commander and activity managers.
Arrow icon used for informational emphasisProvide sponsorship through the Commercial Sponsorship Program to Services activities throughout The 36th Force Support Squadron Squadron.
