Moving or PCSing?

If you and your pet are moving or PCSing to Andersen AFB, you probably have a lot of questions regarding the quarantine requirements for Guam and the availability of boarding facilities. If so, please contact the Andersen Pet Lodge at

Vaccination Schedules

Puppies and kittens are bundles of joy. Along with the cute bundle of fur though comes a small creature in need of love, affection and vaccinations.

Protect your puppy or kitten by ensuring they receive their needed vaccinations.

Review the vaccination schedule below for both puppies and kittens:

1st visit - 6 weeks
2nd visit - 10 weeks
3rd visit - 14 weeks
Annual visit - yearly

Rules to remember when visiting the Veterinary Clinic

All animals must be on a leash or in a kennel when in the vet clinic.
Cancellation of an appointment must be done 24 hrs prior to appointment time.
New patients must come in to the veterinary clinic prior to appointment date, or at least 20 minutes prior to appointment time the day of the appointment, to set up new patient records. Patients failing to do so will not be seen at scheduled appointment time.
Due to time constraints: only items identified while scheduling an appointment will be addressed during

the appointment. Thank you for your cooperation...

Surgical Appointment Rules

Animals must be atleast 16 weeks old.
No food past 7p.m. the night before the surgery.
In the case of an aggressive animal: owner will be required to restrain animal for sedation.
New patients must come in and set up records prior to the surgery date. Failure to do so will result in a cancelled surgical appointment.

Feline De-claw (front only)

All elective surgeries, except cat de-claws, will be picked up the same day as the surgery between 3-3:30p.m. unless otherwise determined by the vet. Owners should call at 2p.m. to assure animal release at 3p.m. Thank you for your cooperation...
